Les grandes entreprises ont établi des lignes de conduite et des procédures à suivre par leurs employés pour protéger leur Propriété Intellectuelle (PI) et mènent régulièrement des séances de formation. Maître Bailly aide les entreprises de toute taille à créer et à mettre en œuvre les lignes de conduite et les procédures appropriées. Elle forme les employés de ses clients pour assurer la conformité de l’entreprise aux normes nationales et internationales de protection de la PI. Elle explique aussi aux cadres comment générer des revenus par la protection et la licence ou autre transfert d’éléments de PI de l’entreprise. Son style de formation est engageant, enthousiaste, et efficace.
L’expérience de Maître Bailly en transfert de technologie, en tant qu’orateur et professeur est considérable. Chez Boeing, dans leur Département Défense et Espace, elle a géré les contrats internationaux, le programme d’exportation, et le licensing et autre transferts de PI. Elle a mené de nombreuses séances de formation pour le personnel et les cadres de Boeing. Elle est professeur à la faculté de droit de l’Université de Washington où elle enseigne le Transfert Stratégique de Propriété Intellectuelle. Maître Bailly forme aussi d’autres juristes au cours de fréquentes sessions de formation professionnelles pour le barreau de l’Etat de Washington (ou elle fut élue meilleur formateur en 2003) et internationalement, en Europe et au Canada.
